Decal Shipping Information and Processing Times
We offer many options such as color and size changes. Because of these options, all of our products come Made to Order. Sometimes this can cause our production times to run 1-2 weeks. If you need your order faster, please email us at info@sensorykidspaths.com before placing your order so we can make the proper adjustments.

All orders ship FREE USPS  standard shipping within the U.S.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance does not automatically come with your decal purchase. If you would like your order to be protected in case of loss or damage, please visit our Shipping Insurance page.

**If shipping insurance is not purchased, Sensory Kids Paths, LLC is not responsible for replacing orders that have become lost or damaged in the shipping process.

Lost Orders
Lost orders do not happen very often. If you believe that your order is late or lost in the mail, please follow these actions:

  • Check the USPS site using your tracking number to see if there has been a delay in your delivery.
  • Contact your local USPS branch and ask to have the package located. In most cases, they can trace the shipment in 24-48 hours.
  • Contact our customer service at info@sensorykidspaths.com so we can also check in on your package.
  • We strongly recommend purchasing our Shipping Insurance for coverage on your packages. Sometimes accidents do happen and USPS is unable to locate shipments.

Damaged Packages
We strongly recommend purchasing our Shipping Insurance for coverage against damage during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please reach our customer service. Contact info@sensorykidspaths.com so we can work on getting your order replaced.

Please make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number
  • The date you received the package.
  • A photo of the damaged package
  • KEEP YOUR PACKAGING!!
    • Per USPS, you may be necessary to return your order and package to your local branch to collect the insurance.
